These Terms of Use govern your use of Duskwell. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You confirm your age during signup. Accounts for minors are prohibited and will be removed.
Account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. One person per account.
Allowed use
Duskwell is an open dating and social discovery product for consenting adults. Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, or impersonate others.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Anyone under 18, or content involving minors.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit image uploads intended as adult entertainment; keep profile photos appropriate for an Appstore-distributed dating app.
- Content that promotes prostitution, escorting, or sexual acts for compensation (“sugar” arrangements framed as paid sex).
- Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, scams, spam, or illegal activity.
- Malware, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service.
User-generated content
You retain rights to content you create, but grant us a license to host and display it so the service can function. You represent that you own or control the rights to what you upload.
Reporting and moderation
Use in-app Report and Block tools for abusive users or objectionable content. We review reports and may remove content, warn users, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We moderate as is reasonable for a dating app of this scale.
Safety
Meetups and conversations with people you meet online involve risk. Use common sense. Duskwell is not responsible for offline interactions between users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (currently the app is free).
